You have to familiarize yourself with them prior to opening an account with Investment Forge Gmb. By registering with Investment Forge Gmb. You state that you have carefully read, understood, fully accepted and will under any circumstances abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

All members must be at least 18 years old or of any other legal age in other jurisdictions.

Our service is open and available to any person/legal entity worldwide.

You acknowledge and accept the fact these Terms & Conditions can be modified, updated in our sole discretion. All the changes and modification become valid right after the new Terms & Conditions are published on the site.

Investment Forge Gmb. does not guarantee to pay maximum possible return every trading day. That is the matter of trading process. However, minimum return determined in these Terms is guaranteed due to our own unique trading strategies and reserve fund applied.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the information caused by any accidents, events, requests and orders due to a breakdown in any transmission facilities that are beyond our control.

Investment Forge Gmb. may refuse and stop providing services to any individual/legal entity if we have suspicions this individual/legal entity breaks any the rules of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms become valid immediately after you have opened an account with us and will be valid till your account is closed. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS WEBSITE AND SIGN-UP FOR AN ACCOUNT.

Investment Forge Gmb. reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a new Terms & Conditions on Investment Forge Gmb. website.

VIOLATION OF TERMS OF USE

In case any part of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid subject to legal issues, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations described in our Terms of Service, then the invalid part will be changed to valid content that corresponds the original Terms of Services to the utmost. The rest parts of the Terms of Service remain valid and effective.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Deposits are accepted via Liberty Reserve. We may add other payment methods at any time at our sole discretion.

Please keep in mind once you run a program via one payment system, you cannot change your payment method to another one and back unless the current plan is finished.

Minimum deposit requirement is $50. Maximum allowed deposit amount is $100,000.

All deposits made acquire active status by 0:00 GMT on the following day, though not later than 24 hours after the deposit is actually made.

No additional investments to any of the programs offered are allowed.

Interest calculations are made into your investment account every trading day at 0:00 GMT.

You can track your interest payment history from the account area 24/7.

No compounding rate is available. All interests are simple, based upon the investment amount, not taking the current profit into account.

PLAN A: Minimum investment amount $50, maximum - $500. Minimum guaranteed daily interest rate is 0.2%. Maximum daily interest rate is up to 2.0%. Program term - 40 business days.

PLAN B: Minimum investment amount $500, maximum - $5,000. Minimum guaranteed daily interest rate is 0.3%. Maximum daily interest rate is up to 2.4%. Program term - 80 business days.

PLAN C: Minimum investment amount $5,000, maximum - $100,000. Minimum guaranteed daily interest rate is 0.4%. Maximum daily interest rate is up to 2.8%. Program term - 120 business days.

The number of accounts you can open is UNLIMITED.

The number of plans one member may open from one account is UNLIMITED.

When the current plan matures, you can choose to CLOSE it or REINVEST to a new plan.

All profit and principal withdrawals are processed within 48 hours since the request is actually made.

The referral bonus 5% is paid to your payment account within 24 hours since the actual deposit has been made.

Referral bonus 5% is paid to your payment account every time your downline makes investment to a certain plan.

NO referral bonus is paid in case the downline invests to the same plan from one account after the previous plan of the kind matures.

NO referral bonus is paid to you when your downline chooses to REINVEST the program to the new one.

We do not charge any fees on the transactions and operations, such as interest payments and paying the principal amounts. However we do charge the fee 20% for suspending your active program and willing to take the principal amount before the end of the working plan. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

We do not charge any fees for opening and maintenance of your account. We may change this condition at any time at our sole discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY

All the information you receive from us is unsolicited, private communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information intended for you only. You agree to keep it private and not to disclose to any third party unless this information is obviously of a public nature.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Information provision via this website can be suspended temporally or terminated without prior notice to website users. Such suspension or termination may be a result of update, modification, deletion, or partial elimination of information available on this website. It can also be a result of unavoidable factors and Acts of God, including required system maintenance, damage to or breakdown of machines and servers, power outages, and natural disasters. Do not reveal your password to anyone. Disclosing your password may lead to unrestricted access to your account and initiating any transactions on your behalf.

We disclaim any liability for any loss, which resulted from your compromising of the Alternate Password.

We never send new passwords via e-mail or any other way of contact. In case you have lost your Password, it can be restored, following the instructions given in the "Forgot Password" section.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

We do not tolerate spam in any of its forms or methods.

We strictly forbid unsolicited commercial email "SPAM" in any of its forms as the means of promotion of Investment Forge Gmb. and, therefore, any member caught spamming will have his/her membership canceled. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend any user's membership should we suspect him/her to have spammed.

We allow posting of any messages in any way related to our website only in special places where such posting is officially allowed.

Members are allowed to post messages advertising us only on appropriate forums or in chat rooms where such posting is allowed. In any other case such posting will be considered as spam and members resorting to spamming will have their accounts canceled.
